The Greatest Love of All

14 Feb

As a nation, friends, fans, and family mourn the passing of the golden voice that became a template for those who followed, it helps somewhat to really think about the lyrics of one of Whitney Houston’s most popular songs.

The greatest love of all really is inside of you.  There’s your higher self, your more inspired self, your higher power, or whatever you choose to call it.

It’s there.

If you have times of doubt, take a look at my book Notes from God. It will perk you up.

Have a blessed and loving Valentine’s Day!

Thank you for reminding me of Whitney Houston’s words that echo over and over: I Will Always Love You. That phrase can mean many things, different for each person…but Love is the center of her musical statement. I’m happy that I heard it over and over and over. It resonates inside today.
May your writing be gifted. I seriously and with no fear, began re-writes two days ago. It has to be put at #1: in front of gourd art, jewelry, sewing and reading all the books in the Washoe County library system. Am also back in Creative Writing class so getting my phrases sharpened each week. Happy Monday!
